Advisory Sessions
One-to-one sessions built around your specific international business challenges.
Up to 90 minutes | Online Session | $695 / €595 / £495, fixed, no extras
A supplier relationship has stalled. A customer has gone quiet. A negotiation isn't moving forward. An important meeting ended politely but achieved very little.
When something isn't working in an international business relationship, you don't always need cross-cultural training. Sometimes you need an experienced sounding board to help you understand what's really happening and decide what to do next.
How an Advisory Session Works
Every session starts with your situation.
Before we go ahead, we'll have an introductory conversation so you can explain the challenge. Together, we'll decide whether an Advisory Session is the right approach. There is no obligation to proceed.
In the session itself, we work through the practical questions suxh as:
-
What is actually happening here?
-
Why are people responding this way?
-
What might they be expecting from me?
-
What options do I have?
-
How should I respond next?
You'll leave with greater clarity, increased confidence and practical next steps you can apply immediately.
Not pages of notes. Not abstract models. Just practical advice and realistic options.
